Guild Rules:
(starting with 16.03.2008)


a) Rules:


1. All Guild Rules are important; if you don't follow this rules, you might be kicked out of the guild
2. All guild members must respect each other and be nice; fights between members are not allowed; also ignoring guild members is against this rules
3. The Heroes is a Raiding Guild; all members must come to raids; those who never raid will be considered as being inactive players (see rule #5); eveyone must be attuned for Karazhan instance
4. A member must respec for raids if the guild ask for that
5. Inactive members can (and will) be kicked out of the guild; 2 weeks without playing = kick; inactive raiders can also be kicked (see rule #3)
6. Every player must have a main spec for raids; if you change your main spec, we don't have to take you in raids; inviting players as off-spec is optional
7. The Ranks will not be given on request; you can be kicked for requesting a certain rank
8. Each player can have 1 ALT in guild but you can join the guild with more ALTs if they are level 70 chars
9. ALTs can be kicked out of the guild for inactivity (see rule #5)
10. All members are equal; being experienced in raids and/or having verry good gear is considered to be only a bonus
11. If the Raid Leader asks a player to leave, he must leave the raid group
12. Trial Members will have this rank for minimum 1 week after joining the guild; in this time they must be verry careful in their actions; is verry easy to get kicked while having this rank
13. We will not keep in guild: spammers, scammers, ninjas, rude ppl, noobs, etc
14. You must install and use the addons needed for events and raids; not having this addons = you can't join events/raids
15. The drops from raids will be given only by dkp (or roll if needed - if dkp can't be used); if you loose a bid, you can't get the drop; requesting it after you lost bid is against rules
16. ALTs will not be in any team for raids; taking them to raids is optional
17. Raid Leader/Master Looter can be only an Officer, Field Marshal or Grand Marshal; Master Looter must be fair with all guild members (including himself)
18. All the players from a raid group must focus on raid; you can get a warning or -dkp for talking about other things on chat while raiding;
19. All members must respect the guild; you can get kicked for talking bad about guild, his members, raids,etc
20. The guild's language is english; you must not talk in other languages on guild chat or raid chat
21. Applying for other guild will be considered as your wish to leave The Heroes
22. Every member must raid at least 4 days / week.



b) Guild Ranks:


Trial Member: this rank is for people who have just been invited to the guild

ALT: for your secondary character in the guild

DANGER: for people who have been demoted, as a warning

Raider, Veteran Raider, Elite Raider, Hero: ranks showing your behaviour, gear, activity, etc

Officer: rank for the players handling guild business

Field Marshal: sub-leader leader of guild who have more rights than Officer

Guild Master: the leader of the guild
